Half Day Afternoon Tour

A river cruise and coach drive through some of London’s most fascinating riverside districts where old wharfs from the imperial and maritime age are being transformed into skyscrapers, whilst others are carefully restored.
We will make some photo-stops and take-in areas such as Wapping (famous as a pirates’ playground during the maritime era);
The Docklands (known as “London’s Manhattan” where futuristic skys-crapers are forming a new skyline);

and the City of London (where modern and innovative architecture sits alongside great historical buildings such as St Paul’s Cathedral, Mansion House and the Bank of England).
River Thames cruise (passing beneath famous bridges, such as: Westminster, Waterloo, Millennium, London and Tower bridges);
Panoramic tour through the “City of London”, founded by the Romans almost 2000 years ago and now contains the historical financial district with such famous buildings as the Gherkin, St Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London;
Wapping: a riverside district once frequented by pirates and merchants of the Imperial era;
Panoramic drive through the futuristic Docklands area and getting right up to the tallest skyscraper in the UK: Canary Wharf;
Photo-stops at St Paul’s Catedral; Island Gardens in the Isle of Dogs to take-in the beautiful vista of Greenwich, famously painted by Canaletto; and Canary Wharf.

Paseo por la zona futurística de Los Docklands con parada de fotos para ver los rascacielos como el Canary Wharf (el “Muelle de las Canarias”);
Parada para fotos en la catedral de San Pablo.
Parada para fotos en Island Gardens para disfrutar de la vista panorámica de Greenwich, famosamente pintada por Canaletto.
