All bedrooms have a writing desk with good lighting, TV with teletext, satellite, radio, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer, complimentary tea and coffee, mini-fridges, radio and telephone in bathroom, safe, high speed internet access and fax line.
Lancaster House offers diners a variety of eating experiences from the fine cuisine at The Foodworks Restaurant to the friendly, relaxed environment of The Sandemans Bar. The award winning restaurant presents a menu illustrating head chef, Damien Ng’s, inventive flare whilst not forgetting the hotel’s old favourites. Each dish is prepared with care and imagination using fresh local produce. The Sandemans Bar and comfortable lounge, affords a haven of relaxation with a central feature fireplace to envelop diners in warmth and comfort during colder climates. A wide range of light meals are served throughout the day in the bar and lounge areas and during the warmer months the sheltered inner courtyard makes for pleasurable al fresco dining.
There are sixteen meeting rooms, accommodating up to 180 guests. This includes 3 self-contained conference suites, each comprising a single large conference room connected to three smaller syndicate rooms. The facilities are purpose built as a training centre and are completely self contained, with natural light and full air conditioning, good ceiling heights, sound-proofed and an extensive range of conference support services/equipment.
The Sandpiper Club prides itself on consistently high levels of quality and service standards. The friendly team of professionals are fully trained to help you improve your fitness as well as offering personal tuition in swimming, and various aqua classes. The leisure complex also features a 50ft swimming pool with bubble burst and fountain spray, children’s splash pool with fountain, sunshower, new large sauna, steam room and spa and beauty salon.
