EAST LONDON TOUR
There’s no other area in London quite like The East End!
Most famously associated with cockney dialect, the birthplace of London’s street art scene, the home of legendary Brick Lane, Spitalfields market, and the neighborhood where old and new strike a fascinating balance.
On this 3.5 hour walking food tour in the East End we will literally eat our way through the neighborhood and its rich history. We will trace the footsteps of all the groups that once called the East End home. You will discover local eats like the UK’s best Fish & Chips 2 -time winner, the home of the city’s best bacon sandwich, a visit to Curry lane and so much more. Along the way you will come to understand why this neighbourhood is so unique and discover how it has changed from an infamously poor area to one of the trendiest places on the London map.
Fun, informative and of course, delicious, this is so much more than a food tour – it’s a taste of the neighbourhood all in less than one day!
You’ll try a selection of proper British foods and enjoy six food tastings at a range of local haunts, including everyone’s favourite late-night bagel shop and the best Curry House on Brick Lane.
