Guests with a private capsule booking can now check-in at the new revamped VIP EXPERIENCE DESK 15 minutes prior to their booked time and access our brand new Eye lounge. We recommend guests to arrive 45 minutes prior their booked time to have enough time to enjoy the Eye lounge
